Set in the 1970s, The Trees Whisper at Night is a thriller short film that follows a naive, college-bound girl. While hitchhiking to campus, she unknowingly accepts a ride from a man hiding a dark secret.

This film's main character was mainly the outside world, as our main girl was at the mercy of the roads and woods. The source of research involved character analysis in order to fabricate/purchase main props. Roles also included light wardrobe design, decoration, and atmospheric sfx!
